These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through the AoreSpty online store.

Order acceptance

Your order is accepted when we confirm it and begin processing it. We may cancel an order if payment is not authorized, the product becomes unavailable, shipping cannot be completed, or the order is suspected to be fraudulent.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders must be paid in full before shipment. Payment approval by a payment provider does not guarantee order acceptance if other order issues are identified.

Product suitability

AoreSpty products may include small parts, electronic components, motors, remote controls, or other components that require careful assembly. Please review product descriptions, age guidance, and safety information before purchase. Adult supervision is recommended for younger builders.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or local delivery conditions.

Taxes, duties, and customs

Depending on your location, orders may be subject to taxes, import duties, customs charges, or carrier fees. Unless clearly included at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at guyuan@xiaoma.cn. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed or shipped.
