Refund Policy

At AoreSpty, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering buildable RC and STEM model kits from our store.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unassembled, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, manuals, and components included.

How to start a return

To request a return, contact us at guyuan@xiaoma.cn with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the case and help with a replacement, parts support, or refund when appropriate.

Items that cannot be returned

Used, assembled, modified, or incomplete kits may not be eligible for return unless the issue is caused by a verified defect or fulfillment error. Gift cards, downloadable items, and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return shipping

Unless the return is caused by our error, a damaged item, or a verified defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law or the issue was caused by us.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order after your return is approved.
