Shipping

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery is typically 5-15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier service, customs, and local delivery conditions.

Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier charges, which are the customer's responsibility unless clearly included at checkout.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, unassembled, complete, and in the original packaging. To start a return, email your order number and reason to guyuan@xiaoma.cn before sending anything back.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us with photos or videos so we can review the issue and help with parts support, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Order terms

Orders are subject to payment approval, product availability, and shipping availability. We may cancel or refuse an order if payment is not authorized, the item is unavailable, the address cannot be served, or the order appears fraudulent or problematic.

Product safety

AoreSpty products may include small parts, motors, electronic components, remote controls, or pieces requiring careful assembly. Please review product descriptions and age guidance before purchase. Adult supervision is recommended for younger builders.

Privacy

We collect information needed to process orders, arrange shipping, provide support, prevent fraud, improve our store, and communicate with customers. This may include name, email, shipping address, billing details, order information, device data, and website usage data.

Our store is powered by Shopify, and payment information is processed by secure payment service providers. AoreSpty does not store full credit card numbers on our own systems. We may share necessary information with Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, analytics providers, and support tools to operate the store.
