Shipping Policy

AoreSpty ships buildable RC and STEM model kits to selected countries and regions. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.

Order processing

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons, launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery time is typically 5-15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier service, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to selected destinations including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Norway, Switzerland, and China. If checkout does not show shipping options for your address, we may not currently support delivery to that location.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order ships. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout and are the customer's responsibility where applicable.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. AoreSpty is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at guyuan@xiaoma.cn with your order number and relevant photos or tracking details. We will help review the issue with the carrier and provide next steps.
